Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey mate! Welcome to the REC zone!

You followed through like a real hero, but my suggestion would be to take some more time to practice this one slowly and especially focus on reaching the correct pitches of each note when bending. It may seem hard in the beginning, but it will become more and more easier as time goes by smile.gif

All the best,

Cosmin

Hi mate! Congrats on your first REC take! smile.gif

You are on the right path on this one but you have to continue working hard on it to be able to reach the correct pitches. I think that you could also start working on this lesson to focus on bending.

Keep on the good job.

Welcome to REC! smile.gif

My advise would be to really break down the bending technique to its essentials and work on it using metronome.
Try to always hit the right pitch of the note you bend. This is extremely important otherwise your playing will sound out of tune. The guitar tone was a bit sharp, try rolling off a bit of treble and adding bass and mids on the amp EQ to get a warmer sound.

Bending lessons I would suggest working on :

* https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Bending-Ballad/ (check out videos 6-9 for bending exercises)
