I have a question what is the best way to record a video with good sound and good picture quality

You need a digital camera, good lighting conditions, and a audio interface to record sound over it. You can then mic the amp or go directly through it.

well i have a digital camera put the picture suck on it so i guess i ned a better one

The camera is a nikon coolpix 3200 and i dont use any software

You can see the grain on picture that means you have to use more light..Can you explain us how you recorded this video so we can help you..Tell us what camera u used and describe the whole process how you did it..
EDIT : OHHH I see we got confused here with terms...You can't really record a decent video with a digital camera..You need to have miniDV digital camcorder!! The process was not to advanced a put a light in front of me to get more light and the i simply recorded with the camera put it on my computer and then uploaded it here

No you got enough light, but as Bogdan stated, you need a camcoder nota digital camera. You need something that uses miniDV tape at least. This should give you a decent quality and resolution video.
