Hey GMC - how is everybody doing ?
A friend of mine sent me today website link that most teachers at Berklee are giving students as studying tool besides regular classes. Website is totally free, requires no registration whatsoever and is full with useful content. You can learn Music notation , Theory and Harmony and various types of EAR TRAINING ! I just did 100 examples of 50 up and 50 down ear training examples, all intervals until octave randomly played, got a 100% for it Anyways here is a link for all of you guys : http://musictheory.net/ If you want to train your ear, click in the middle drag bar (Trainers) and you will see Interval Ear Trainer Let me know how you like it - so far I am loving it and will recommend all my students this tool ! Pedja EDIT : Couple of very useful features with interval ear trainer. You can deselect intervals that you don't feel working on right away. That way you can just focus on one or more intervals at the time! Also , you can chose Direction of interval studying (up or down). Another great feature is if you miss an answer, it gives you message like WRONG correct answer was etc Try it out its awesome This post has been edited by Pedja Simovic: Feb 6 2009, 02:43 PM |
