Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Well played, nice voicings! smile.gif

You played the lesson well, but timing and note definition should be a bit better. There is some degree of difficulty involved when transferring the voicings and using intervals, so try to play them more slowly until you can get it with ease.

Very nice take Brandon. Some notes are slightly different from the original lesson, as example the hammer-ons around 0:16 where I play this

b|-7h-8----|
g|-7-------|
d|-7h-9----|

but your changes are still in the right key, so there's no real problem about this. It seems that this video has a low volume compared to other ones you posted before. Anyway, I liked the feeling you put on this lesson! If you focus on some small details, you'll nail this lesson completely.

Great take, Brandon.. I really like your playing cool.gif As Ivan mentioned, timing could be more in line.. it's quite difficult to get that lazy sounding Hendrix swing just right but you're nearly there. Still a thumbs up from me smile.gif
