Now it's time to connect your guitar to the computer, open Reaper and then the Amp Simulator to be able to play guitar with that sound. In this video a guy explains how to add Amplitube (an amp simulator) to Reaper. I don't know how it is exactly done because I'm using Nuendo which is a similar Reaper software. Are you sure that Asio4all is working? Are you sure that the problem isn't the cable?
