Azureus - I'm really sorry to hear this. The count is there - in all of tracks, including main video. It is a hi-hat. It play in a very high frequency range. Maybe you have some kind of hearing damage? I'm serious. I know people who do have - they have problems noticing hi-hats or shakers if firmly hi-passed in the mix.

Jim S.10th June 2015Such a good lesson, I havent been working on any new lessons recently but will definitely keep this one in mind. What stands out to me is the tonality on some of the arpeggios. Feels like it should be minor but its happy at the same time.

Welcome to the Alternate Picking Workout 3!
Alternate picking etude combined with string skipping. Next step if you already feel comfortable with medium speed picking on one string or those close to each other. Recommended once you're done with Alternate Picking Workout 2 lesson. Medium speed will allow to focus on right hand behavior. Make sure you DO NOT execute any of those licks with economy picking, legato or hybrid picking. It's all about that constant down and up picking to get biggest profit from the lesson.
