Hey Bear I just ran through the first 4 lessons of this series and I just want to say it's brilliant. I am not an absolute beginner but decided to use your series as a launch pad for getting back into playing my electric. Thanks for this. I noticed that there is some stuff in the series I've never practiced before so looking forward to future videos!! Thanks again
Glad to hear you like it rok! Thank you for your kind thoughts!
Why is it called the A2 chord?
Hey Phil - it's called A2 because the major 3rd making up the A major chord which should've been there, has been replaced with a second. Thus the chord formula becomes A E A B E instead of A E A C# E (notice the open B chord played in A2? Instead of the open B chord we should've had a C# - 2nd position on the B chord). I'll give you some more hints in your personal thread in order for you to understand things better
You're welcome, Phil
