Time to bring together two awesome musical styles for this lesson: Flamenco and Metal!

The Latin fire and the raw power of metal are being nicely combined through the aid of the Phrygian Dominant mode or Phrygian Major, over a specific chord progression.

You will be able to improve:

    - phrasing
    - articulation - bending, slides and vibrato
    - legato
    - Phrygian dominant knowledge

My recommendations regarding bands playing such music, would be Ill Nino - a modern metal band, heavily influenced by the Latin sounds and Marc Rizzo, an outstanding guitarist, known for his work alongside Soulfly - try them out!

Let's tune down to drop D and sing Oleeeeee!
