  • So far we have mostly covered the thought process happening behind the scenes - or rather behind the forehead - when jamming. As a contrast, this lesson aims to give you some fancy example licks with tabs instead.

    These examples use some of my preferred patterns for creating improvised runs and licks.

    Please note there is no need to play note for note the way I do it - you could simplify or adapt them to match your style and level.

    The idea is to change your practice routine and challenge yourself - so feel free to use these licks in whichever way you want!
