I think the only thing i can manage from this lesson is the last bit with the palm muting. Haha! Amazing !!
You don`t use any muting device?!? It`s unbelievable! 10 stars! I`ll be developing my tapping more from now!
this is dangerous man well done
I don't use any muting device as Dexxter said. Just mute the strings with my right hand. It's all practice, don't worry, you'll be able to do it soon if you follow the right way to tap
It doesn't look like he's using some muting device, Canis
Now this is tapping!
I take it that you're using some kind of muting device on the neck? If not you're a palm muting champion
I'm definetly gonna work my way to nail this!
thanks again and don't doubt about asking me anything about the lesson

This is a little part of the solo of Thabu's song Alma Errante (www.myspace.com/thabuspace).
In this case, I apply arpeggios combining tapping with string skipping techniques. All the arpeggios have 7ths and the idea is to play it slow following the figure and paying attention to the executed notes so you can understand what you're playing. You have to work the legatos and the slides a lot, so there won’t be volume differences between the notes. A nice tip is to record your own versions, so you can correct the mistakes that are unprepared.
Enjoy and have fun!!
