Appreciate it guys
You are so versatile and good, chapeau Muris!!
Octaves, octaves, octaves.
Wes is here!
Cool lesson Muris
Beautiful as always Muris
Excellent lesson Muris!! Beautifull.
Thanks guys!!
Spot on Gerardo, distance on higher strings is 3 frets which is great for 1-4 fingers.
However distance on lower strings is 2 frets and 1-3 is logic fingering I must say.
Seems like I played ALL octaves here with 1-4,
think I have better control over muting with my pinky, dunno
Great lesson Muris, really like your jazz lessons!
Beatiful Muris! You are doing a great job with this jazz lessons!
Beutifull lesson. You know how to play everything, about the octave montgomery thing some people for left hand use 1-4 for ocatves in thew trebly strings and 1-3 for the octave is on lower strings, it helps a lot if the melody go fast and need to switch strings very fast.
Hope you will,it's nasty when family go mad
If I can learn this Muris, my family will thank you! The overdrive is starting to wear them down!
Very nice indeed.
nice and sweet lesson muris
Nice lesson and great tone. I'm liking the jazz lessons.

Very cool, Ninja muris makes another great jazz lesson!
Yep,tons of mind readers at GMC.
Very cool
I wanted to request a lesson like this, but now you read my mind, Muris
Yeah those chords do sound pretty gnarly!
Nice lesson though, an interesting way of doing the job, only using octaves I mean...
Hahaha some crazy chords there - i'm afraid of even trying to play them
7/+5/-9 OMG!
Thanks guys!!
Nice spot on octaves tho Kris.
More gain,pick and you'll sound like...rocking dude.
Cool lesson Muris ! Very jazzy..
Cool ! I really begin to like this jazzy stuff
Excellent and interesting lesson Muris! very cool jazz vibe!
nice lesson
Thanks a lot for this lesson ! I'm not a huge fan of jazz music, but my father is and really enjoys Wes Montgomery. I'll work on this lesson to impress him
Sounds cool
Thumbs up, Muris!
I like the thumbing lessons, I'm interested how this could be developed.
Awesome Muris, thanks - I would really recommend everyone to try this. Playing octaves is a fairly easy way to get a powerful sound from you guitar + if you add some distortion and play with a pick, the technique is all of a sudden perfect for rock and metal. What are you waiting for?!
