Hey Mister M - welcome to GMC!
In fusion you can use the exact same licks as in rock - the only difference is that you are much more aware of the chord progression when playing. With this awareness you can target notes that sound wrong but still end your phrases on notes that sound right. Today's new lick - although very difficult to play - is a good example of that: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Rock-F...n-Outside-Lick/ So my advice would be for you try to play your rock licks over a more fusion sounding chord progression - here is a an example which involves 4 modulations (change of key). For each chord you must change scale: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/greg_howe_techniques/ It's great to have you on board! |

Hi Gabriel I understood my mistakes. I'll work slowly, i 'll post a new video in a few days/ weeks.... When i 'll be ok. Thank you Hi Mister! Great to know that you'll work on the things we marked. I wouldn't call them mistakes, they are expressing elements to develop more. Looking forward your new takes. -------------------- My lessons
