Any point and click adventure games fans out there?
I grew up on these games and was one of rare kids who had patience to play them, everyone was playing Doom and Duke Nukem 3D smile.gif

I really enjoyed those adventure games as they gave me a feeling of watching a great movie or reading a book. Also there were lots of puzzles I struggled to solve so the playing time was very long.

I heard that new Broken Sword game is in development, one that will go back to its roots with beautiful 2D drawn art :

My favorite adventure games are :

Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars

Grim Fandango

The Curse Of Monkey Island

Which ones did you enjoy playing?
Are there any newer adventure games that rock?

I really enjoyed Broken Sword: The Smoking Mirror but I stopped playing it after I got stuck at a certain point and never went back sad.gif

But it was awesome while I was playing it smile.gif

For me, from that moment, things went way faster then before entering the dark world - it took me about 6 months to figure out what I had to do to get to that point biggrin.gif God I miss this game - I think at that time ('95-'98) I was actually living IN THE GAME smile.gif
