Today we will work on enriching our rhythm playing on open strings by inserting various tricks and chordal embellishments into regular 12 bar blues from E. Join in, and keep the muting tight!
Tuning:
*Standard E
* E - A - D - G - B - E
(From thick to thin)
Techniques:
* Strumming
* Muting
* Slides
* Hybrid Picking
Equipment:
* Gibson SG Raw Power Series, bridge & neck humbucker
* Focusrite OctoPre MKII preamp/converter into E-MU 1212m
* Amplitube 3 software, Fender Deluxe Reverb amp with Tubesreamer stomp emulation
