ACDC: AC/DC is a rock band formed in Sydney, Australia by Angus and Malcolm Young in 1973. Although AC/DC are considered pioneers of hard rock and heavy metal, they consider themselves rock n roll. AC/DC got their name from their sister Margret's sewing machine. "AC/DC" is an abbreviation for "alternating current/direct current", which indicates that an electrical device can use either type of power. Angus and Malcolm felt this symbolized the bands energy, performances, and love for music so they kept the name.
Boss DS-1 Review: I've long owned an Ibanez TubeScreamer, and my amp does have a dirty channel, but I was never able to get that crunchy sound. not untill i bought this little pedal. It's the most basic little distortion pedal. Only has 3 dials for Tone, Level, and Distortion. Very simplistic. Amazing tones. Can get some warm slightly distorted stuff as well as some thick and heavy crunch. Durable. low price.

Viking metal: Viking metal found its origins in the Swedish band Bathory. The lyrics and the sound described the epic Viking mythology, the Viking history and the cruel wars. Many bands followed the style of this new genre. The sound of a Viking metalband is characterized by the galloping guitars, the quick drums and the typical Nordic folk instruments (fiddle, accordeon, flute, horn, etc.)
